Himalayas have such a charm that I will forever remain hooked...I've explored the entire range from trans Himalayan ranges in Ladakh, to high peaks in Nanda Devi region to the foothills in Bhutan border. Still I feel I can continue to explore for the rest of life...
Earlier I went there to get away from crowd and get lonely...now the same lonliness haunts me. It makes me realize that

Enjoyed the pics, and your no-nonsense blog. It's an excellent teaser for Sikkim. Good to see folks gng to the North East; when I headed there first in the early 90s, there was little tourism/guest houses/hotels beyond the state capitals - and that's a big pity, coz it's beyond the cities that the joy of travel lies. I was fortunate to know people that lived there.
